How quickly will I hear back?

Same business day for anything sent Monday to Saturday. Forms that arrive Saturday evening get answered Monday morning. If you need an answer inside the hour, call rather than using the form.

Can I text you photos of my countertop?

No — the business does not receive text messages, and we deliberately do not collect photo uploads. Describe the damage on the form or over the phone and we will tell you what we think it is.

Is the templating visit really free?

Yes, and so is the written quote. There is no deposit and no obligation attached to either. We ask for about an hour of your time in the room, because seam and edge decisions are best made standing there.

Do you charge to come out for a repair assessment?

Not within our core service area. For a small repair we will often diagnose it over the phone first, because that sometimes saves you the visit entirely.

Can contractors and designers get trade pricing?

Talk to us directly on the phone about trade terms and scheduling. We quote from drawings for budgeting and template once cabinets are set and square.

What if I am outside your service area?

Call and ask. The answer depends more on the size of the job than the mileage — a full kitchen absorbs a longer drive than a single chip repair, and we will tell you straight either way.
