About this site

The content here describes services we offer in Riverside, CA and the surrounding cities. It is general information, not a formal offer or a technical specification for your particular home. Nothing on this site forms a contract.

Quotes and estimates

A quote becomes firm only after an in-home template, because linear footage, cutout count, cabinet condition and site access all affect the work. Anything we discuss before templating is an indication. The written, itemized scope you receive after templating is the document that governs the job.

Natural stone variation

Granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone, slate, travertine, limestone and onyx are quarried materials. Colour, veining, movement and background tone vary between slabs and between batches, and a sample cannot bind the appearance of a full slab. This is why we have you approve the actual slab before it is cut, and it is not treated as a defect.

Scheduling

Templating and installation dates are scheduled in good faith. Slab availability, fabrication findings, weather, traffic and access can move a date. We tell you as soon as we know rather than on the morning.

Your responsibilities

Clearing the work area, ensuring vehicle and slab access to the room, and having plumbing and appliances available for reconnection where that is part of the scope. Where cabinets need structural work beyond levelling, that is called out at template and is separate from countertop work.

Workmanship

We stand behind our fabrication and installation. Manufactured surfaces carry their own manufacturer warranties, which pass to you. Damage from misuse, unsuitable cleaners, standing heat or subsequent alteration by others is not covered.
