How Riverside Custom Countertops handles the information you send us. Last reviewed August 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address and project details you type into it. When you call us we keep a note of your name, number and what you asked about. We do not collect photographs or file uploads of any kind — the forms on this site have no upload field.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule a templating appointment, prepare a written quote, and carry out work you have agreed to. If you ask us not to contact you again, we stop.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Information is shared only where it is necessary to do the job — for example, a slab supplier needs the material and dimensions, not your phone number — or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while they are still live and then removed. Records for completed jobs are retained as long as needed for warranty, accounting and tax obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and third-party analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser settings control whether cookies are accepted.

Text messages

We do not send or receive SMS. If you receive a text message claiming to be from Riverside Custom Countertops, it is not from us.
